Presentation Logistics
For your presentations we encourage you to bring your own laptop or device for the presentation. We are confident that we can all make efficient exchanges of devices between presentations—just remember to bring a dongle to connect to the projector with HDMI supporting both audio and video. Using your own device will help ensure the presentation is just as you designed it with none of the quirks of using someone else's device.
However, should you need or prefer it, we will have a laptop PC in the room for use during presentations. Please bring a flash drive or have an accessible online version of your talk should you wish to use the shared laptop.
You are welcome to access the rooms and projectors between breaks to ensure that your presentation is displaying as desired.
Poster Presentations
All participants are invited to present their research as a poster during the conference. Poster sessions will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, providing an opportunity to discuss your work with fellow attendees, receive feedback, and engage in scientific exchange.
Following poster acceptance, participants will be invited to apply for a 3-minute Flash Talk, which will take place on Monday. This short oral presentation is an excellent way to highlight your key findings to the broader audience and increase the visibility of your research.
Please ensure that your poster fits within the provided board dimensions (Width: 90 cm x 120 cm).
